Refund policy
Once you receive your order, you have 30 days (calendar days) to notify and return the garment. If you have chosen the wrong size or have misspelled your name, the mentioned garment will be deducted from your uniform allocation and you must order a new garment from your remaining uniform allocation.
BW Tribal will replace all the garment/s if it is found faulty by manufacturing standards, garment must be found faulty on inspection. The new garment will be shipped out within 3 weeks of BW Tribal receiving the old garment or the re-ordering of the new garment.
To apply for a wrong or faulty garment replacement:
- Submit the returns form online (below)
- FAULTY GARMENT -Please wait for us to get in touch (within 1 - 2 business days of receiving your return parcel)
- STAFF ERROR - Please re - order the garment from your remaining allowance immediately. Send back garment within the 30 days.
What is your return policy?
You must return your garments within 30 days of receiving it. The garment needs to be unwashed and unworn and returned in its original packaging. Sorry, but if the garment shows signs of being worn it will not be accepted.
PLEASE NOTE: Items with personalisation cannot be exchanged or refunded unless the product is faulty.
